… is finally upon us.  With the introduction of the .mobi top level
domain along with the increasing speed of the mobile pipe we finally are
beginning to realize the vision of always on connectivity.  The new .mobi
domain is the first step in allowing content and applications not controlled by
the carrier!

Exciting, absolutely, because one of the challenges for those of us who have
lived in the mobile space for the past few years is that content and application developers have had very little control over the distribution of their products. Now, maybe we can begin to realize the promise of the ubiquitous web.
